How do I receive my pattern after purchase?
Digital pattern will be delivered immediately after purchase.
You'll receive an email with a link to the digital pattern as well so please make sure to enter the correct email.
If it didn't show up please don't forget to check your junk/spam folder.
If you still can’t find it, contact us with your order number and we’ll resend it.
What yarn weight should I use?

the yarn label or compare with the pattern’s gauge swatchto ensure your yarn matches.
I’m stuck on a row/step. What should I do?
Send us your order number and detailsof where you’re stuck. We’ll walk you through step by
step. You can also attach a picture of your work for easier troubleshooting.
Do you provide video tutorials?
Not all patterns come with videos. We provide step-by-step written instructions, but if a video is
available, it will be mentioned in the listing.
I can’t open the PDF pattern. What should I do?
